We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the reception desk who spoke fluent French. She kindly arranged for us to have a ground-floor room to accommodate our heavy loaded bicycles. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, with fantastic cotton sheets. The location of the hotel was perfect, being right next to the lake and just a short walk away from the charming town. We also enjoyed the delicious cakes and pies served for breakfast.

Nice quiet, family-run hotel where you can have a rest from the hustle and bustle. Great beach on a beautiful lake in 5 minutes. We really enjoyed staying in this hotel.

Lack of cutlery and crockery in the room....

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel near a beautiful lake. the spacious room had modern conveniences such as a flat-screen TV and WIFI. the bathroom was clean with a tiled shower and fluffy towels. the hotel staff was extremely professional and helpful, always with a smile. the location was perfect, being just a few steps away from the lakefront. I enjoyed riding my bike along the lake and exploring the nearby countryside.

The breakfast offered at the hotel was quite basic and lacked variety.

Big room. Good breakfast. Convenient hotel for car travelers. 150 meters to the lake.

There was no crockery, cutlery, kettle, although it was kitchen equipment: cooker, refrigerator, cutting table.

It was clean and their staff are very kind .

Great staff- from check-in to serving breakfast, the staff went above and beyond to assist us. Big, clean rooms with lovely modern bathrooms. The location is a bonus, just a short walk from the lake.

It`s good location near Bolsena lake. Very helpfull staf (hi Massimo!). Our room was with little kitchen - that`s good!

Wi-fi didn`t work.

Been there in the last week of febr. and there was nothing to doo @.Besides the burning wind that came from the lake and the 2 open restaurants(open only at lunch and dinner),u can't doo anything there.Maybe better durring the summer.in fact a recomand the place for the sights @ the lake accesibble by car or by feet if u feel the need to walk a coupple of km @the vulcanic lake

The size of the room for our family (with two teenagers) was great. It had two rooms with separate heating controls. A very large bathroom as well. The proprietors were genuinely lovely people and gave us good recommendations and had a lot of time for us. We are very much enjoying their parting gift of just-pressed olive oil!

Very helpfull staff, nice room and good location to visit other towns near Bolsena lake

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The hotel is a short walk from lake Bolsena, which is very nice. Apparently Marta is visited by few Americans

The bed was quite hard and was uncomfortable for me.
